He is a man of his word and provides levels of customer service I didn't think existed any longer. He is a true professional and an asset to your dealership. I once purchased the most expensive vehichle on the lot back in the year 2000. I had a great experience with that purchase. I had some problems with the serviceing of that purchase but I am not he kind of back in the year 2000. I had a great experience with that purchase. Things did not work out in my personal life so the purchase was aborted. It was now time for a new 5.0 ; I started emailing Matt and then I went to see him. As I suspected Brandon Ford had a car I like and could afford. Matt worked out a good deal for me and Brandon Ford's willingness to make minimal profit and maintain cutomer loyalty, through volume sales is why they have three times the # of cutomers on their lot, as other dealerships. Everyone tells you the same thing; "I really want to earn your business". THEN DO IT. Brandon Ford does. More
Chad Wells is a credit to your organization. This was my second experience with Chad as my service advisor, first with my wife's Explorer and most recently with my F-150.
