My husband and I went to Brandon Ford because he really want a Ford truck. I was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service. Numerous salesmen walked pass us for over 20 minutes without asking us at want a Ford truck. I was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service. Numerous salesmen walked pass us for over 20 minutes without asking us at any point and time if we needed help. I guess we didn't "look" like we had money so we took our $30,000 check to Nissan down the street. I will never support Brandon Ford in anyway! More

I brought my 2013 Ford Explorer in for a recall on my fuel pump Oct 9th, they examined my vehicle and said they would order the part. We got a note we thought stating the part was in. I made an appt for fuel pump Oct 9th, they examined my vehicle and said they would order the part. We got a note we thought stating the part was in. I made an appt for Nov 11th to have it put in. In the meantime my AC went, was blowing hot air. They looked at it and said that a rock hit my condensor and that road hazard was not covered under warranty. A truck that is only 9 months old, 8000 miles on it needs a new condensor? The front grill has about a 3x10 inch opening no screen protection and a rock hits it? 1 in a million chance. My thought, faulty design because every other car in your lot has some kind of protection. Over heating is just another design flaw. Needless to say a quote to fix it was $1025.00. I was highly upset, and was refusing to give ford anymore of my money. In the meantime, nothing was mentioned about my fuel pump, I assumed it was getting done along with my sync system being updated. The following days my brother, a New York mechanic call service mgrs and sales mgrs and got the price down to $260.00. My husband called a Ford Rep and they felt the dealership is doing there fair share. My brother worked for Chrysler and since this is such a rare incident he thought Ford should do at least a one time courtesy. If Ford wanted a repeat customer that would be my thought also. Still having bad thoughts about this I get the work done and 2 days later I get an e-mail saying my fuel pump part is in. What, I thought that was already done. No they just ordered it Nov 11th, which should have been ordred Oct 9th. I go back Nov 23rd to have my fuel pump fixed and they tell me Ford sent them the wrong part. Now if i took that as a logical answer they would have had me come back yet another time for this same thing that they recalled. Not until I complained did anybody research that it wasn't the wrong part but that ford changed the part number. So now this is the 4th time back and all this happened and do you know not one person apologized to me, they just kept blaming the Ford company, it isn't there fault. Working in retail mysef i know enough to apologize protrusively and if we want that costumer to come back we offer some kind of compensation. Of course I will not recommend anybody to this place, costumer satisfaction is # 1 in my book and I am not completely satisfied. It should not have taken 3 maybe 4 times to fix a problem they recalled. A one time courtesy for the condenser, if it doesn't happen that often, should not be any skin off there back. I had plans on buying a Ford Taurus after this ordeal I will never step foot into this dealership or any other Ford dealership again. More
If you want to feel like a number and no customer service, then Brandon Ford is your dealership. This is the deal - Take it or leave it. We Left it. This was not all Jack's fault, but the attitude service, then Brandon Ford is your dealership. This is the deal - Take it or leave it. We Left it. This was not all Jack's fault, but the attitude of the whole dealership. We received a standard Email from a "Senior Sales Manager" thanking me for visiting Brandon Ford, which we replied with questions on the Edge and stated that I was purchasing a vehicle that weekend. I still have not received a response. We were comparing two different cars, trying to decide which vehicle to purchase. We did purchase an Edge from Veterans Ford in Tampa and the experience was totally different. Sandal, Eddie, and the rest of the team went out of their way to ensure that deal went through. Even staying late on a Saturday night to accommodate my work schedule. More
