Purchased a vehicle in December and the entire experience went smoothly until the final negotiations and than it was somewhat stressful. My salesperson "Frankie" for both times was excellent; however once again the final negotiations became very stressful when my sales person extended my terms to his manager for final consideration...again the same scenario began to unfold. Quickly we did our homework and went online with our phone and found the same vehicle for less money in another Dealership not far from where we were. When we advised our sales person and he showed the internet site and that the other vehicle was several thousands less his manager only came down one hundred dollars knowing that the vehicle was over priced. We left there and purchased our "New" vehicle at the other dealership. "Buyers beware" of what you purchase; make sure you do your homework and find the best price for yourself before buying. Yes you probably can get a good deal at this dealership if you are willing to be patient and play their game but if you truly want a deal it is best to do your homework before and during your attempt. More

The truck I purchased seemed like a great deal...and was also assured that it was sound and good to go. Fast forward a year later as I go to trade it in, the new dealer informs me that my vehicle is not worth near the trade in value I thought due to the entire front end bring tore off in a wreck and having airbag deployments! I assured them that couldn't be the case....I bought this truck from BRANDON FORD....not a buy here pay here lot! Needless to say they were right. They looked at me like I was trying to scam them....I appoligized to the salesman and assured them I did not know. Needless to say my deal fell thru because my trade was worth $5000 less than I thought. I immedietelly contacted brandon ford and they said it must have fell thru the cracks and they would help me out. No appoligies whatsoever! Weeks went by with me calling them and looking for some kind of resolution. Finally went there(for the Third time) and they tried selling me a brand new truck and STILL trying to give them a down payment and make up the difference of what I owe! I will eat the difference 10 fold before I give them anymore business!!!! Buyer beware!!!! More
