My wife and I have been looking for a mid-size SUV or mid-size car for about six weeks and visited many Ford dealers and other brands. My first contact was a phone call to sales and INGO LENTFOEHR (Sales Consultant) was the gentleman who took my call and answered all my questions, so we texted over the weekend about a Fusion and setup an appointment for a Sunday. when we arrived he was waiting for us and remembered our conversation. That's when I threw him a cure ball and said no, we are now interested in a Edge...he smiled and said no problem lets go look at the model your interested in. As we were looking at the Edge we were interested in at their overflow lot the sky opened up and the rain storm fell on us, but INGO just kept smiling and answering questions. When our test drive was over and we went inside to talk trade-in and sales numbers INGO"S demeanor never changed just kept us feeling like we were his only concern and comfortable with the whole process (I have Parkinson"s, and Ingo never once made me fell uneasy). We did hit a hiccup when no one was able to answer my questions on a Ready.Shop.Go $1,0000 offer I received directly from Ford, so INGO said he would contact us Monday (5-28-18) when he gets the information for me. INGO texted me Monday at 8;54AM, and said the $1,000 offer was valid and this was after another Ford dealer said that they already had the offer figured into their internet price (yeah right), so we told INGO that we would see him around 5. When we arrived, INGO had the Edge ready to go if the deal went through. INGO is the #1 reason I came back to the Brandon Ford dealership because of his awesome service and his courtesy towards me and me wife. If every car dealership was filled with salesmen of integrity like INGO, the car industry wouldn't have the bad reputation that it gets. Also a SPECIAL THANK YOU to KRIS MEYER (Fina nce), who put a cherry on top of the deal by getting us financed with Ford Motor Credit @ 1.9%! I'm 59 years old and I've purchased quite a few vehicles in various dealerships throughout Central Florida, but this was the best buying experience of my life! Still shaking my head! I'm honestly still shaking my head four days after leaving dealership with no deal. Came in on Saturday 5/19/18 to look at used F150 inventory and sal I'm honestly still shaking my head four days after leaving dealership with no deal. Came in on Saturday 5/19/18 to look at used F150 inventory and sales guy Hall H. was no help and always seemed busy or distracted especially when we came back to make a deal. Came back in Sunday to look at new inventory requested a different sales guy and got J. Williams, which he was much better and did his job. My main issue is with Kris Meyer in finance who quoted a ridiculous interest rate of 10.75% but never actually told us it was that. He told us it was 10% flat and after doing some numbers ourselves found out it was more close to 13%, big difference. Just not on the up and up at all. The kicker to all this is. The truck was actually for my son who is active military and was taking new vehicle to his first duty station with him. Myself being his dad was cosigning for him since he had little to no credit but even I thought this was a little to high especially since I new my credit was solid. Fast forward to Tuesday morning and we get approved for under 5% from two different banks on a new Chevy Truck from Sting Ray Chevy at a higher loan amount even. Ford's loss for trying to screw a young man. So I would just do your home work and not trust the numbers they give you from Brandon Ford. More
Excellent Customer service I recently visited the Brandon Ford Dealer to see the 2018 F150 truck which has been my goal to own for some years but due to health issues I had not I recently visited the Brandon Ford Dealer to see the 2018 F150 truck which has been my goal to own for some years but due to health issues I had not been able to have. I than met Steve who was extremely helpful and thanks to him and their financing team, I was able to leave the dealer with a georgous 2018 black truck. They offered me an incredible deal. He helped us out tremendously from start to finish. Going to bat for us with finance. My Lieutenant from the fire department purchased a 2016 F-150 from Brandon Ford and he told me to go nowhere else if I was interested in getting a new F-150. A couple of months before the purchases, I came in to take a look at the new body style on the 2018 F-150, Marvin came up and introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. I asked away of course, and he was extremely knowledgeable being that he had the same one as his personal but just a different color, he was very patient and was willing to take us on a test drive a brand new F-150 to let me prove to myself how brilliant this truck was. This was already a dream truck to begin with but as soon as I got behind the wheel of it, it was all over and I was wanting it right there and than! However due to finances a that exact moment I was not ready yet. He provided me a business card, and I promised him that I would be back in a few months. Surely I kept my word, and I called him a couple of days before advising him of the specific color and Trim type that I was really inquiring. I showed up to that dealership and There she was sitting in the customer show Bay shining bright, Marvin had detail spank her up before I got there so that way I would be able to see it shining bright. I also mentioned to him that day that I was interested in a Black Ford Focus SE that I found on the Brandon ford website. I was wanting to put my wife into something more safe and reliable than the old Chevy HHR she was driving. Like I said before we worked out Both deals and We drove off that lot with a Brand New shiny black F-150 Pick up and Gorgeous Certified Pre-Owned Black Ford Focus. Went above and beyond our expectations. Robert went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for us. He never got frustrated when I kept asking to see what else he had on the lot. Zoran also made sure that our need were being met to the fullest. He also checked to see that our deal was the best that we could get. Barry handled our financing and was fantastic. Worst Customer Service EVER! Tried to pick my 2016 Ford Explorer up at the Collision Center today, the vehicle repair was horrible, they had no staff to address the issue and to a Tried to pick my 2016 Ford Explorer up at the Collision Center today, the vehicle repair was horrible, they had no staff to address the issue and to add insult to injury the girl at the front desk was condescending.and even argumentative. If you cannot staff a collision center on Saturday do not open it! So they want you to pay them and sign a release and address your concerns later. One person working and her every word was I don't know, call Monday, I cannot help you all while smirking like I am cattle she is trying to move along! I left with my blood boiling, this person she be working a stock room not working with the public. ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills whatsoever! It is bad enough you have a center open with no staff but to add insult to injury you staff it with someone who could care less about her job or your customers! FYI the car was in for a minor repair that we were told would take a week, the car was there 2 weeks and looks worse than when it arrived! We were forced to sign a sheet stating that Ford would not be responsible for any damage to our vehicle including but not limited to fire and theft. We were told our car would be kept in a fenced secured area, it was in an area with no fence and unlocked! Thank you to the sales team that agreed to go over and lock our vehicle until we can address the issue on Monday. So much for your state of the art Collision center that could not even manage a simple repair or any type of customer service. There were other issues along the way but too much to even address. Ron Hammond poor job at your dealership, I guess we will have a chat on Monday because I refused to accept the vehicle, pretty sure you could care less that it is costing me time and money and additional rental car fees because based on your employee today we are all just cash cows!
