I just turned 18 on the 18th and I purchased my first vehicle from Mitch Stemmer. It is a beautiful 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Mr Stemmer treated my just like I was his own son.He had the patience to explain vehicle from Mitch Stemmer. It is a beautiful 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Mr Stemmer treated my just like I was his own son.He had the patience to explain each and every detail of my truck and the purchase procedure. He even told me that for any reason I could call him up day or night and he would help me with anything. I leased an Accord from Daniel Michelena at Braman Honda a couple of years ago! Daniel is a really nice guy. Honest, gives all information upfront and explains things clearly. I would definitely consider buying from him again and would recommend him. My only issue with Braman was with the finance department. I felt like they were trying to changes things a bit from what Mr Michelena and I had agreed on initially. However, after some back and forward everything was fixed and to my full satisfaction. Braman is a large dealership and has great inventory. But Overall, I liked buying from Braman, and from Daniel Michelena in particular. Thanks Pablo V More
This is the WORST service experience i have had in my life. I went in for a standard service appointment, and requested one of my "free car washes for life" along with my service, and was flat out told " life. I went in for a standard service appointment, and requested one of my "free car washes for life" along with my service, and was flat out told "the car wash is broken" (had already been told this in 5 other instances). Went to the manager, and got my car wash. Then I had one of their "service rewards coupons" for free wiper blade refills. Car was given back to me and noticed that the receipt said "coupon given but not used, out of stock". Do you think the service advisor had the common courtesy to let me know this and give me a raincheck? No. She had the common courtesy to go to lunch while i was waiting in the waiting room. HORRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! More

The initial sales experience was okay, but the way i was treated has totally overshadowed and ruined the whole experience. More
