MISLEADING , DECEIVING AND DISHONEST SALES PRACTICES!!!!! Lesses and Buyers BE AWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with BRAMAN HONDA OF MIAMI For the pat 4 years, We have been going to Braman Honda of Miami to bu Lesses and Buyers BE AWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with BRAMAN HONDA OF MIAMI For the pat 4 years, We have been going to Braman Honda of Miami to buy and lease cars. We have been deceived by Mr. Pascalli's sales practices (used cars sales manager), saying to us that the car that we were trading in had frame damage, which we found out afterwards that this was simply not true. Also, he said to us that if We kept our old car, we would at the end of the lease owing American Honda Finance Corp $6000 US dollars for frame damage and be without a car which it was also a big LIE. Our old car had an accident but no frame damage. By this major premise, We ended up leaving a new car that we did not need, paying way more a month. We went to Braman Honda looking to lower our monthly payment on Labor Day weekend in the first place. Mr. Pascalli took advantage of our GOOD FAITH, We did trust him. When we found out that our old car did not have frame damage, we went back with proof to talk to Mr. Carlos Diaz general manager and he was to busy to see us. He sent Mr. Paulas Charles to alk to us and of course he was on Mr. Pacalli's side. We were taking advantage of from a situation that did not exist it to start with. We ended up paying more per month because we were two fools trusting a "professional " word. Looks like now a days Trust does not serve it purpose . Please , don't go to this dealer. I went to the dealership to see the new Honda Accord Sport 2013. I explained to Eric that I just wanted to see the car not test drive the car. He insisted in obtaining my drivers License and I said no Sport 2013. I explained to Eric that I just wanted to see the car not test drive the car. He insisted in obtaining my drivers License and I said no and told him that I just wanted to see the car. He began asking me for my home address, phone number and email address and I gave him the information. Later he took me upstairs to see the car and he brought the car down from the garage. He asked me for the my DL again. At the point I gave it to him but I was already feeling stressed out. Took the car for a test drive. When going down the elevator he asked me for the name of my car insurance company. I was not sure why. Came back to the office and I explained to him that I was not interested in buying the car at this time and that I just wanted to see the car. He told me to wait in his office. He went to another office and I saw him putting my personal information in a computer. I am not sure if he was doing some sort of credit check, although I never provided my social security number. I was not sure what he was doing but I was getting really upset at the point. He tells me to go back to his office that he was going to speak to his manager. I told him again that I was not ready to buy the car and that I wanted to leave. He still had my DL and I saw that he had made 6 copies of my DL which could not understand why he needed to make those copies. At that point I asked him to give me back my DL with all the copies. He was reluctant to give me the copies and at the point I demanded for the copies and he gave them to me. I would never buy a car at Braman. My experience was awful. More
I visited this dealership for a test drive while visiting family in Miami. By the time I left I was so stressed out. The sales team acted like a school of piranhas. They would not just let me look at a ca family in Miami. By the time I left I was so stressed out. The sales team acted like a school of piranhas. They would not just let me look at a car and test drive one. It was high pressure all the way. They insisted on running the numbers for me, even after I nicely explained that I was not ready for that step. When I went to leave the dealership, they nearly blocked to door with various paperwork that they insisted I fill out. It was very unpleasant. I felt trapped by these aggressive sales people. I would never buy a car here. More
I just turned 18 on the 18th and I purchased my first vehicle from Mitch Stemmer. It is a beautiful 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Mr Stemmer treated my just like I was his own son.He had the patience to explain vehicle from Mitch Stemmer. It is a beautiful 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Mr Stemmer treated my just like I was his own son.He had the patience to explain each and every detail of my truck and the purchase procedure. He even told me that for any reason I could call him up day or night and he would help me with anything. I will be traveling to school in July and will feel very safe driving to Tallahassee Thank you again Mr Stemmer for all of your help More
I leased an Accord from Daniel Michelena at Braman Honda a couple of years ago! Daniel is a really nice guy. Honest, gives all information upfront and explains things clearly. I would definitely consider buying from him again and would recommend him. My only issue with Braman was with the finance department. I felt like they were trying to changes things a bit from what Mr Michelena and I had agreed on initially. However, after some back and forward everything was fixed and to my full satisfaction. Braman is a large dealership and has great inventory. But Overall, I liked buying from Braman, and from Daniel Michelena in particular. Thanks Pablo V More
This is the WORST service experience i have had in my life. I went in for a standard service appointment, and requested one of my "free car washes for life" along with my service, and was flat out told " life. I went in for a standard service appointment, and requested one of my "free car washes for life" along with my service, and was flat out told "the car wash is broken" (had already been told this in 5 other instances). Went to the manager, and got my car wash. Then I had one of their "service rewards coupons" for free wiper blade refills. Car was given back to me and noticed that the receipt said "coupon given but not used, out of stock". Do you think the service advisor had the common courtesy to let me know this and give me a raincheck? No. She had the common courtesy to go to lunch while i was waiting in the waiting room. HORRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! More

The initial sales experience was okay, but the way i was treated has totally overshadowed and ruined the whole experience. More
