Horrible!! Tried to sell my car to this dealer. It took them 2 hours just to get it appraised even though half the staff was sitting around drinking cuban coffee Tried to sell my car to this dealer. It took them 2 hours just to get it appraised even though half the staff was sitting around drinking cuban coffee. They offered $5,000 initially, saying it needed work and that they could only sell it for $7000. While waiting for the GM to come back and discuss price (45 min) and having his staff make multiple phone calls to him saying I was waiting, I left. On my way out, one of the employees apologized for the GMs rude behavior and told me to take the car to Carmax. I did and they offered me $7500. More
