Not a good experience at first I initially took my car in for service on Wednesday 2/14/18 and had a great experience as usual. I asked for the windshield wipers to be replaced but I initially took my car in for service on Wednesday 2/14/18 and had a great experience as usual. I asked for the windshield wipers to be replaced but they did not have windshield wiper inserts on Wednesday so they asked me to come back on Friday 2/16/18 and I was told that I would be in and out in 15 minuets while they replaced the windshield wiper blades. I showed up on Friday 2/16/18 morning to see (Luis Garcia) the service attendant assigned to me and I was told that I had to leave the car because not only did they have to replace the wipers but they also had to replace the airbags due to a recall. The service attendant (Luis Garcia) asked if I wanted to leave the car while the recall work on the airbags and I told him that I would just wait for everything to be done since I was off of work, the attendant (Luis Garcia) told me the work would take 2 hours and I agreed to wait the two hours in the waiting area. 2 hours and 15 minuets later I walked outside to see that my car appeared to be done and nobody called me to tell me. I walked up to the attendant’s office and he (Luis Garcia) told me that the car was done and he gave me the paperwork to take to the cashier . As I was standing in line to see the cashier I noticed that the paperwork stated that I had rejected the recall work which I had never declined especially since it was a safety issue. I asked the cashier to verify that the recall work on the airbags was done and she verified that it was not done. I asked her “what have you guys been doing to my car for 2 hours and 15 minuets?”, she excused herself and called the service attendant again and she was told that the wiper blade replacements is all that was done. Needless to say I was very disappointed and upset especially because I wasted half of a day off at the dealership expecting something to be done only to find out that nothing was done without any notification or any type of clear communication. I asked to speak to the manager and was promptly introduced to Alex Vizoso who immediately apologized for the lack of communication and lack of courteous customer service that I received from Luis Garcia. Alex immediately got me rental car and promptly got me on my way. Alex told me that I could get my car later in the afternoon or the next day in the morning. I found that Alex Vizoso went above and beyond to rectify the the terrible experience that had with Luis Garcia who attended me on Friday morning 2/16/18. If it wasn’t for Alex’s amazing service and attentive attitude I would never have come back to this dealership. I have purchased 5 cars from Braman Honda and I always take my Honda’s there for service. I’m glad that everything was rectified in the end, I see this incident as a training opportunity for this service attendant. I hope that going forward that clear and detailed communication is practiced with all of your customers. Thank you Mr. Alex Vizoso for saving the day !!! More
