What ab awful experience After a Toyota Lease we were looking forward to find a minivan proper for the family that is growing and after the incredible experience with Sienna w After a Toyota Lease we were looking forward to find a minivan proper for the family that is growing and after the incredible experience with Sienna we wanted to try the Honda Odyssey, so we decided to visit the Brahman Honda dealer and after a warm receiving with the front desk I don't recall her name, we were introduced to a sales specialist named Jose I think to be honest I was so dissappointed after I left that I don't even recall the name. Aftr we explained him what we were looking, he said that the Honda was becoming a more selective brand for people with more income, so in other words just for looking at us he was assuming what was our income, it seems that now Honda is for millionaires, and the other thing that really surprised me is that he said that he didn't care if we buy or not, so are you a sales specialist or you are specialized in sending customers to your competition, because after that unpleasant experience we went to Miami Lakes Automall and we had a great experience, and at the end we found what we were looking at the price we needed. I really encourage Brahman Honda to choose better your sales specialist because with 1 satisfied customer you will get at least another customer happy but with one unsatisfied customer like me and my husband you will probably loos like 5 customer because we would never recommend a friend to you guys. disrispect, fraud, lying, and identity theft My wife was trying to get a deal on a Honda Fit 2018 and the salesperson who take care of us did not explain much about anything. He just made us wait My wife was trying to get a deal on a Honda Fit 2018 and the salesperson who take care of us did not explain much about anything. He just made us wait for 1 hr until his friend, Luis Luces (ine of the finance person) arrived. They went to see Luis Luces. Luis lied to us since the beginning when he showed us an offer for a Honda Fit 2018 when he knew they did not have any Honda Fit 2018 in the dealer. He mad my wife run her credit he showed us some numbers that off curse were wrong since they did not had 2018 Honda Fit in the dealer. After his mistake (according to him it was a mistake) he tried to convince us to look for another Honda Fit 2018 in another dealer. He said that it was one in Jacksonville. He almost threat my wife to sing a contract without seeing the car. He said the he should lied to us in order to make us sing the contract using other numbers much better than the ones he showed us before, and according to him we would sign with no hesitation. I told him that I would hive a $500 deposit which will be refundable if the car will come in bad conditions or any other conditions outside from the normal condition that a new car should have and made him signed a paper. However, he signed a paper with the vin number of a 2019 Honda Fit in the dealer and not using the other Honda Fit in Jacksonville. We suspected again that he was lying about the existence of the other car and I told him I want him to sign the paper and put the price he gave me before, $355/monthly. The car never arrived, and he called my wife to say that the car had 250 miles. The number of miles was not too much, but my wife did not trust Luis because the car did not arrive to the dealer yet and he started to threatening her again in order to make her sign the contract and a spot delivery document that evidence that the bank has not finally approved her to buy the car, at least not in the conditions he mentioned before (1.9% interest and $355/monthly). He mentioned "you have to signed if you want that car" and he was yelling and offensive with my wife on the phone. The money was refunded 4 days later, but we had to go and talked with the general manager Mr. Polas because they this Luis Luces removed my wife's plate number for a new one and changed her vehicle registration using the information of the 2019 Honda Fit in the dealer. This evidence a fraudulent event because he knew since the beginning what he was doing and it was trying to make a deal based on lies, and fraudulent actions. We were lucky because my wife was stopped by a good police officer on the street and when the policeman checked her records, the vehicle on the system was a Honda Fit 2019 instead of a Hyundai Accent 2015 (her present Car). The police officer understood what happened and he was able to check that this was done in the braman honda dealer by Luis Luces few days ago. We are reporting this as a fraud and a possible identity theft. Another thing, it is almost impossible that you go to that dealer and ask for a manager to place a claim because they always send a regular seller or another person instead of a real manager. We do not trust almost any body in that dealer and it was a really bad experience. More

The service department is the BEST! I recived a recall the Honda, I called the service department they advised to come in and repairs were done. It was going to take a while but the BEST thing about the Coral Way location is that they do provided a rental service if needed. It did take some time, but what needed to be done was done and I was super HAPPY! Thank you to Braman’s service department and Mr. Alex Vizoso. More
