Fast & Professional I brought my 2017 Honda Civic in due to starting problems. I only waited a few minutes before someone came to my car and asked what the problem was. I brought my 2017 Honda Civic in due to starting problems. I only waited a few minutes before someone came to my car and asked what the problem was. A Service Technician came to my car promptly and I repeated what the problem was and he knew immediately that it was a battery problem. He also checked to see if I was due for an oil change soon so I wouldn't have to make another trip. He was very professional and courteous. I believe his name is Jefferson Justo. Anyway, my battery was replaced, the oil changed, my tires rotated and my car washed. All this was done in about an hour. More
