I have been coming to Braman both for new car purchase and service since 1980 (except for when I owned a V/W from 2006 to 2016). I have always received the most professional service and have never, ever had a problem. The service people are nice, professional, and efficient. In 2016, after I ditched the V/W and when I went back to buying Hondas, my salesman was Yuri - he was the BEST. If ever I need another new car, I will definitely seek him out. I always request Jose Hidalgo for my service just because he's so nice and professional. They are all nice, but sometimes you just have a preference. I will continue going to Braman as long as I have Hondas (which will be forever). People tell me I am crazy to keep getting service at a dealer, but my cars never let me down and I have a lot of faith in their servicing. While they may be more pricey than a small auto shop, I'd rather pay a little more for that confidence. All good. I've never had a compliant! More
