Braman BMW dishonors agreed upon deal It is seemingly unconscionable that a dealer of the magnitude of Braman BMW would agree to a deal including down payment and monthly payments to a lo It is seemingly unconscionable that a dealer of the magnitude of Braman BMW would agree to a deal including down payment and monthly payments to a long time loyal BMW customer and then reneged on that deal! There was no counter offer and just a long text explaining how sorry.... Braman should hold themselves to a higher standard - buyers beware. More

Many a deal has gone sour once you go into the finance department. I can say that Jim Gilarmo was the most helpful and caring finance person. He put in the effort to find just the right program for me and was helpful in guiding me with the upgrades I added to my financing. I am a long time BMW fan and owned my 2005 X3 for 10 1/2 years. Looking forward to another 10+ with my new 2015 X3. Highly recommend this dealership, sales person Adam Levy and Finance Officer Jim Gilarmo. More
