I am the last person that would post something like this. I bought a used 2019 Audi A7 from Braman in March 2023( 40k miles). I drove the car for 3 weeks.. died on interstate going 70 with kids in the car. C I bought a used 2019 Audi A7 from Braman in March 2023( 40k miles). I drove the car for 3 weeks.. died on interstate going 70 with kids in the car. Complete Starter/Alternator failure. After 3 tow jobs to different auto repair the Audi dealership put me in a rental Car for 3 weeks while car was repaired. Car was just fixed and returned. I notified Braman as soon as it happened. Absolutely zero response. No calls from a manager.. no calls to address the situation… zero follow up..Nothing. I will never work with Braman again. I planned on buying multiple cars from Braman, but will now choose a dealer that cares about their customers after the sale. More

Purchased a clean used Mercedes CLS 550 from Braman. After about 6 days of ownership, the check engine light came on. I did not purchase the extended warranty given the car only had about 30k miles on i After about 6 days of ownership, the check engine light came on. I did not purchase the extended warranty given the car only had about 30k miles on it but I called Braman and spoke with the sales manager and he offered to help me diagnose the problem and wash and wax the car for my inconvenience. Fortunately the issue was just a faulty sensor and was resolved. I am happy with the after-sale service and follow up, and will definitely buy another car from Braman again. More
