My buying experience with Braman was one of the best. My salesman, Tyler, was supportive and patient with my decision process, never pushy. When I came back on a day Tyler was not available, the handof My salesman, Tyler, was supportive and patient with my decision process, never pushy. When I came back on a day Tyler was not available, the handoff to his colleague Oscar was professional and very helpful. Once I selected my car, Tyler helped make the sales process and paperwork quick and easy. After signing the paperwork, my car magically appeared perfectly details and ready to drive away. I was impressed, but there was more to come. The next day, my low mileage used car gave a warning light for a battery malfunction. Although I did not purchase a warrantee yet, Tyler and his sales manager gave me a loaner and make sure the issue was fixed properly the following day. Great job, team! See you next time. More
