nick is totally dedicated to his customers and does everything he can to make sure the service and support is first rate, a true bmw professional,,,,knows the details and get the deal done..... the everything he can to make sure the service and support is first rate, a true bmw professional,,,,knows the details and get the deal done..... the sales department is so far superior to the department at Vista in coconut creek. as a 4 time bmw customer, since 2008, i have leased two cars at braman and purchased one cpo and also purchased one car at Vista and services at both. every time i try to work a deal at vista, i have a new salesperson to deal with, very high turn over, i always Have to negotiate back and forth with salesman that have no authority to do a deal and every service the car come back filthy,,,,the is without exception. The pick up and drop off times at vista are always wayy too long often 30 minutes to drop off and get a car....vista also will not have a car waiting for pick up even if i call....a total hassle and waste of time in sales and service there... braman deals like professionals, none of the sales bull straight up fair deals and they honer appointments, when i drop off a car for service and pick up -no wait and the car comes clean in and out...how can vista always deliver dirty cars, always dirtier than when i bring in...i have had water spots, and brid shit on the car almost every time and always get excuses...never at braman.. the last lease deal braman was $100/month less...that means vista wanted to steal from me $3600 on the same car/deal etc...so much for dealer loyalty, they are the losers here, that i why my last tow leases were from braman,,,in fact on my same street i live, three other nigherbors, all bmw owners all have switched to braman, and braman is much further from our house. nick is a better salesperson than everyone i dealt with at vista. An example, I recently returned and end of lease BMW and Nick had held in his desk,for three years,an extra electronic key to the vehicle just in case I ever needed it. I never asked him to do it and I can't believe that not only did he do it, but that he remembered he still had it, I had certainly forgotten about it. Another time I brought a vehicle in for routine maintenance, they were extremely busy that day and I had to get to work, Nick let me use his personal vehicle for the day. You just don't ever forget things like that. More

I explained everything that had happend & he assured me that he could help me find the Dream Car that i was dying for. So I drove an hour south on a sunday morning to meet nick... He was a ball of knowledge & actually convinced me to buy the Brand New 06 model that had just hit the dealership. I still have my car & I love it. He has seen me threw 3 sets of tires, an extended warrenty, an extended maintance warrenty, new brakes,& who knows how many regular services. I know I can always count on him & his team.
