Braman BMW West Palm Beach

In the last 3 months I have visited the dealership three times to look at a 3 series. I walked around the lot for 10 or 15 minutes, went inside and was never confronted by a salesmen even though they were j times to look at a 3 series. I made eye contact with several of them and no one decided to talk to me. I was with two other friends of mine and all of us had the same experience. I am younger and feel as though they don't see me as a serious buyer. What they fail to realize is that someone such as myself who goes to a very wealthy school has a large influence on people and their impression of Braman. I have actually never heard anything good about Braman from a younger person. (19 - 22 years old) I think they should rethink how they treat their younger audience, being in West Palm Beach, there are a large number of serious buyers that are young. Mrs. Desmond was extremely friendly, understanding and knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in leasing. She made us feel at home and were the only thing important to her. I had no idea that so many people have felt the same things I have in my shopping for a BMW. I live in south Florida. BUT THE WEST PALM IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT IN MANAGMENT ATTITUDE AND REPUTATION.<br><br>I SPOKE WITH RAJ H. HE GOT ME THE CAR I WANTED WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA FOR TRUCKING AND TREATED ME LIKE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THE WORLD. <br><br>I have refered 5 sales to him since and they all agree with me. <br>If you are local in florida and are fedup of it all like I was call my sales guy RAJ HARJANI he is a diamond in the RUFF and at the age of 23 he is one of thier top salesperson and I AM SURE HE WILL MANAGE THE DEALERSHIP ONE DAY.<br><br>He always picks up my car and all my friends cars and services them and drops them off. I know I payed too much but for the service he provides and just dealing with him; I feel that I should have payed him even more......RAJ and Braman West Palm are worth every penny. More
