My spouse and I began exploring our options in January, knowing our lease was ending in May. We visited four BMW dealerships: South Motors, Braman South Beach, Palmetto, and Braman West Palm Beach. By far, knowing our lease was ending in May. We visited four BMW dealerships: South Motors, Braman South Beach, Palmetto, and Braman West Palm Beach. By far, Nicole at Braman West Palm Beach provided an outstanding service compared to the others. Unlike the male salespeople we encountered elsewhere, Nicole demonstrated a genuine interest in helping us and offered the best price and treatment. We customized our BMW i4, and though it took three months to arrive, Nicole kept us updated with the vehicle's status consistently. Even when the car arrived and she was away, her manager, Nick Patel, made sure we were well taken care of, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. Upon her return, Nicole reached out to ensure our satisfaction with the car and the overall lease process. I highly recommend this dealership and Nicole as an agent. I brought my BMW in for a servicing appointment. My service advisor was Eduardo Fuentes. He did an outstanding job. That is why I am spending my time writing this review. He returned my calls quickly, set a convenient time to come in, (handed me a coffee when I did!!!!), documented my concerns, called and emailed what work needed to be done and what it would cost, had the car serviced, returned it freshly washed and cleaned, and charged a reasonable fee. (I value-shopped the European auto service shops in the area. My car is now older and out of warranty.) BMW West Palm Beach was the best value and I trust their work. Loved the service advisor Eduardo Fuentes. Good job! More
