Many unreturned phone calls and excessively long time to process the paperwork for a BMW lease-end buyout. This surprised me as BMW Braman is a dealership I've had a relationship with for 6 years. (Before t process the paperwork for a BMW lease-end buyout. This surprised me as BMW Braman is a dealership I've had a relationship with for 6 years. (Before the BMW, I leased a Mini Cooper). I financed through BMW Financial Services and they were great to deal with. I love the car. However, the dealership was simply awful. Even if they were 'swamped'.. they never returned calls -- a basic courtesy. My own thinking is that once Braman Motorcars realized I was set on financing through BMW Financial -- rather than their own pet financing -- they basically couldn't care less about completing the process in a timely fashion ( or ever returning a call.) I finally had to get BMW Financial Services involved.. to make phone calls ( some of which, also, went unreturned.) Just terrible customer service.. if you're looking to purchase, please 'don't bother -- as that seems to be the motto of the dealership. Also, want to ad, I left 3 separate messages and one e mail for Mr. Raj Alexander, the general manager, during this process.. he never bothered to acknowledge or return a call..not even cursory.
