An example, I recently returned and end of lease BMW and Nick had held in his desk,for three years,an extra electronic key to the vehicle just in case I ever needed it. I never asked him to do it and I can't believe that not only did he do it, but that he remembered he still had it, I had certainly forgotten about it. Another time I brought a vehicle in for routine maintenance, they were extremely busy that day and I had to get to work, Nick let me use his personal vehicle for the day. You just don't ever forget things like that. More
