I came into Braman BMW to trade my 2011 BMW X3 for the new 2012 BMW 3 series. My salesperson was Donna Shankman and all I can say is WOW. Mrs. Shankman was so kind, patient and very knowledgeable with the new 2012 BMW 3 series. My salesperson was Donna Shankman and all I can say is WOW. Willie Orth really did a great job leasing me a BMW 750i. Since 2012 is coming to an end and the 2013's will be out soon, BMW has a very good lease program for the last of the 2012's. He was also very low pressure which my wife and I both appreciated immensly. He also knows absolutely everything about the car, and went through a very involved training session (an hour and a half), which shows he cares. I plan on leasing a second vehicle next may or June with Willie at Braman! More
