Hakim approached us right away when we entered the dealership parking lot, he introduced himself asked us if we were looking for new or used car. Although we stated that we were looking for something dealership parking lot, he introduced himself asked us if we were looking for new or used car. Although we stated that we were looking for something new, he asked if we mind looking at some of the used BMW's and we said yes. He took us to several cars and I liked the 2011 BMW, even though it was used it was in my price range. He was courteous, friendly and patient with us through out the entire experience. After the deal was done he made sure we were satisfied with the experience before we left. There was a scratch on the vehicle and Hakim told me to bring it in when it was convient for me and they would take care of it. When I brought my car in the next day to get the scratch fixed I did not want to use my credit card to get a loaner Hakim drove me back to work and before 5pm he was outside waiting to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to wait for my car. My entire experience was not only great but excellent and I would definitely send others to purchase a vehicle through Hakim. Thanks to the entire BMW staff for such a great experience. More
