I gave this dealer mostly OK because of Ralph the service advisor for Mini. Despite an email and leaving a voice mail message 2x he has not replied. Brought my car in for service, told them DO NOT WASH MY CA advisor for Mini. Despite an email and leaving a voice mail message 2x he has not replied. Brought my car in for service, told them DO NOT WASH MY CAR. They did. Also noticed a sudden overspray on the front corner of my car which suggests a repair. I called and emailed Ralph..so far no reply. Why he is so highly ranked, I have NO IDEA. Alas I was warned about the Service at Braman. In terms of Sales, Harry Mirza is FANTASTIC! Can not wait to buy another car from him! He is honest, he listens and is very communicative! Nice find in the slim of car sales reps out there! I want to take him out to lunch one day! More

Donna is a pro in every way. She is respectful, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful. She very quickly assessed what I wanted to know and didn’t care to know about the vehicles. Where I wanted information, primarily in areas of safety and performance, her technical expertise was extremely impressive. She presented information in clear ways and did not patronize me. Some male sales people assume I have no knowledge in certain areas, and Donna was insightful enough to figure out where I did and didn’t have that knowledge. All the way up to the delivery and beyond, she went out of her way to make sure I understood everything I needed to know, and to make it very clear that she will continue to be there to provide information and assistance any time I wish/need it in the future. She was just great! I would recommend her to men as well, because she would be able to handle anything they’d throw at her as well. More

Rude Staff. Plenty of other places with pleasant staff we will be servicing at. Particularly rude female greeter who didn't care that she set us up for a roadside accident by her careless driving and then d will be servicing at.
