I would like to write about my sales experience with Mario Ceresa at Braman BMW in West Palm Beach, FL. When we came to Braman BMW, I was not sure what I really needed to purchase. Mario greeted us as soon as we made eye contact with him. He met us in a courteous and professional manner and continued speaking with us in this fashion for the entirety of our time. Mario showed in-depth product knowledge and was able to answer every question I had. Mario took the time to get to know what I really wanted and recommended the new 2012 528i. Mario showed a willingness to take time and show me how this car would benefit me and how the power/economy ratio was just what would fit me best. I visited many other BMW dealerships and Mario’s patience; exuberance for servicing us, and product knowledge surpassed our expectations and all other dealerships that we had visited. In contrast to Fields BMW in Orlando, Mario immediately showed that he wanted my business and was willing to work with me. Mario treated us with respect and represented the BMW brand with the upmost excellence. The only issue I have is the fact that ALL Braman Motorcars, whether it be a Bently, Rolls Royce, BMW, Audi or Mini Cooper are delivered with a front bumper license plate mounting frame that is screwed in to the front bumper to house a Braman plate. Extremely inconsiderate and selfish of Braman Motorcars to RUIN the impeccable lines of a vehicle by screwing two holes in the front bumper of a luxury vehicle to mount an unneccesary license plate frame to advertise the BRAMAN name. The dealership has since ordered me two "plugs" that will fill the screw holes when i remove the mounting plate. More
