Buying a vehicle can be a very trying experience, and believe me I know because at 54 yrs old I've bought several over the years.I have been looking at vehicles for the past month and I had type and pric believe me I know because at 54 yrs old I've bought several over the years.I have been looking at vehicles for the past month and I had type and price in mind and it wasn't BMW. So, when I stopped at Bramann and met mr Otero (with that friendly smile) and took me for a test drive I was sold.But that was the easy part,because I knew it would be difficult to get the vehicle and a payment I could afford.But thanks to Mr Otero,sales manager and finance manager I was able to drive off the dealership with a vehicle that i'm totally happy with. I can say that Mr Otero did not forget me after the deal was signed, he drove it to the house for me(he offered).For the days that followed he made sure that i'm understanding everything about my vehicle by conversing with me both on the phone and in person. Visited this dearlship today for a problem about the dash wood trim color fading in one section in my 2012 BMW 328i with only 10,500 miles on it. I was left sitting waiting for over 25 mn for an advisor to show up but never did. No advisor was insight - when asked were would they be, I was told they were either in meetings or on their lunch break... Finally I had to leave to attend my other business matters... Very lousy service, certainly not to what a BMW service is supposed to be. More
