Braman BMW West Palm Beach

I am avoiding this dealership for service at all costs, even if I have to drive double the distance. I have only been twice to this dealership, and each time I wait 4 to 5 days before I get my car back. Ev even if I have to drive double the distance. Every time I got the car back, the problem was not fixed and I had to take it again more than once before they fix it right. I am very disappointed in this dealership and in BMW for having such a poorly managed dealership represent the BMW brand. More

I must say Robert Sadler my salesman was great! He went above and beyond to get the price car I needed. The finance manager was okay! , I think they hide 2 extra cost ( destination & protection cost ) fro above and beyond to get the price car I needed. The finance manager was okay! , I think they hide 2 extra cost ( destination & protection cost ) from me and jack it up in my total price car price.....Beware of those dealership hidden cost!!!!!!!! All I can say is WOW. Being the first experience my wife and I have had purchasing a vehicle together, one could only imagine what we might expect. Turns out no matter what we might have dreamt up in our h and I have had purchasing a vehicle together, one could only imagine what we might expect. Turns out no matter what we might have dreamt up in our heads, it probably would have been nowhere close to the exceptional service and care we received while at Braman BMW Palm Beach! Karen Bond, the salesperson responsible for us, had the red carpet rolled out from the moment we arrived. The VIP treatment continued during our test drive and throughout the remainder of the negotiating process. She even managed to get us a higher number on our trade-in vehicle!! After she had all of our questions answered in full, we were handed off to Kevin Henry, a finance manager at the dealership. Even though it was well after he should have been home with his wife and kids for the evening, that did not stop him from giving us his undivided attention and basically a "New Car Buying 101" class in his office. Honestly I would have expected any learning to have come after the fact in a situation such as this, most likely in the form of buyers remorse, but again Braman totally flipped the mold. My wife and I not only walked out of there with a great deal on a beautiful car, but also educated to boot!!! So THANK YOU Karen and Kevin, along with the rest of the Braman team, for providing an amazing experience in what normally would be a very stressful and nerve-racking event. They will most definitely be seeing us again the next time we're in the market for a new car!!! More
