This was the least stressful car buying experience we have ever had. Robert Sadler, our sales rep, was professional, helpful, considerate, and respectful of our needs and wants. He went out of his way to work with us, showing incredible patience and extensive knowledge of the car we were interested in. He made sure every detail was attended to and scheduled an appointment for the next day to finish up as it was already past closing time. We were truly impressed. We would definitely recommend Braman Motors, and Robert Sadler in particular, to anyone looking for a quality, courteous, no-pressure, car buying experience. More

Let me begin with saying that I believe I am a difficult, hard to please customer...a complainer if things are not done right. I was able to purchase my car at a very fair price and must also admit that it was the cleanest example of the model I was looking for that I had yet seen. I was referred to Tom Rice by Buzz Braman. He was not pushy, he was patient and very easy to work with, not your typical car salesman. i didn't feel jerked around. he had the manager come over with the bottom line and a deal was made. i appreciated that. a few items need to be addresed with the vehicle and Tom is handling that as well. the next day i came back and Rafael Vazquez took time to show me how to work some of the features in the vehicle as they were different from the 2009 MDX that i traded in. he too was very pleasant and patient. i think the main manager Raj Alexander should see this note. i am sure he only hears complaints. i am a satisfied customer. thank you More
