all of the employees at the dealership from the receptionist to the girl in the boutique are very friendly. We arrived at the dealership for our appointment with Neil Vota and were greeted by Janine Bonomo and made to feel comfortable. He then selected three vehicles for us to drive and helped us to select the perfect vehicle to purchase, which we did. We then work with Matt Seidle to complete the necessary paperwork, again a knowledgeable and patient approach. Then Rafael Vazquez, the product genius, helped us to navigate all the features on our new vehicle, very knowledgeable and patient as well. Our final contact was with Peter Althoff when we returned the next day to make the final payment for the vehicle, he spent time with us to answer additional questions and made our total experience with the dealership a pleasant experience. We went to three other dealerships in our quest for a new vehicle and all three experiences were unpleasant. The team that we worked with at Braman BMW made our experience a pleasure. A friend of ours recommended that we call Neil and we did. We will continue to work with Neil when we have future vehicle needs and will definitely recommend him to our family and friends. More

Initially wanted a convertible, but took another "M-Performance" sedan for a test drive, and changed my mind. However, after doing the deal, I had a case of "buyer's remorse" the following day, and was allowed to "exchange" cars for the one I initially wanted. This is unusual, but in this instance, buyer satisfaction was paramount in the deal as expressed by Marc Jaffee, and a couple of other Bramen people..... Obviously, I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience, and love the new convertible..... More
