Charged me 5500$ to fix everything got car back with a. messed up ceiling liner. They fixed that for free cuz they had to no way I could drive car that way. However upon returning car a second time. We still had warning lights coming on inside the car. So I take car back again. Thinking hey I paid them $5500 to fix my car completely so this need to be handled they then tell me they missed other issues from the first initial diagnosis then tried to charge me more money instead of taking car back. All while telling my girl to get face anytime service is more than $3000 we should consider trading in. Refusing to fix the errors they missed in return home from business after 3 months of this can’t and mouse game to simply pick up my car and take my business elsewhere. I’ve never been more disappointed or disrespected by a car dealership I feel like I got took for $5500 bottom line More
Was my go to place for many years as I purchased my mini cooper here. Recently was quoted $3,500 to repair an oil leak I supposedly had.
