Polite management but poor workmanship at this BMW service center. Poor setup compared to what I am used to with either Knauz of Fields BMW in Chicago area. Definite disconnect between the service attendant and the actual service work teams. On the positive side, the loaner car set up and delivery service was excellent. I brought the car to change the head lamp but the service center very obviously rearranged the entire front bumper and grill. Only after showing them the shotty work did they fix it. Twice I did not accept the work. The third time I gave up. More
