Because really the team is just a reflection of this inept Jnr level professional. Who clearly is a crook and a time waster. Also beware of how many of the XB7 Alpina they have and their lack of knowledge, there is something wrong with them and they are not transparent about anything at this place, beware shady characters. I wanted to share my recent ordeal at Braman BMW, and it's safe to say it was a total mess. I found a Certified BMW online, double-checked all the info with the sales guy, Luis Touron, and even haggled a it's safe to say it was a total mess. I found a Certified BMW online, double-checked all the info with the sales guy, Luis Touron, and even haggled a bit on the price. Little did I know, things were about to get seriously shady. Got to the dealership, talked through the Certified car perks with Touron again, and after a long 4-hour wait, I was ready to sign the papers. Just before I put pen to paper, I noticed a big problem – the car was marked "AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY." This was the opposite of what Touron had assured me multiple times. Supposedly, it had BMW's warranty and an extra year from Certification. When I pointed this out to the closer, they straight-up denied it. According to them, the car wasn't Certified, and there was no warranty. I called Touron, and suddenly he's singing a different tune, confirming there's no warranty or Certification. The manager? Well, he dropped the bomb that if I wanted to certify the car, it would cost an extra $2,000 – a complete 180 from our earlier talks. Feeling pretty ripped off, I decided to walk away. But the saga didn't end there. Days later, I see the same car still being advertised as a Certified BMW on Braman's website. It's a classic bait-and-switch move, mixed with lies and shady tactics that make you question what's going on at Braman BMW. It's disappointing that a supposedly reputable dealership would pull this kind of stuff. My trust is shot, and I want to give others a heads up about the sketchy business happening at Braman BMW. If you value your time and money, stay away from this place – it seems like they're all about tricks and not treating customers right. More

We are also very impressed by the enormous selection of smashing motor vehicles at Braman Motors. It is a beautiful facility staff good people selling excellent products. We will be return customers. I am very upset with the way I was treated with your company. I talked to Paulo Santos on 11/25 and we finalized the price for a 2019 Rolls Royce Dawn and then filled the credit app to get financing. Then I was told that since I have too many cars they need my bank statements and tax return to get it done which I email to them the same day. After that I was never informed or contacted about the same and I kept waiting. My Credit was checked twice by Braman Motors and BMW financial and nothing was accomplished. If you didn’t want to sell the car to me then why was my credit checked and if there was any issue why was I not informed as maybe we could have traded in a car or bought it with more down payment or with all cash. A few days later I found a similar priced 2022 Bentley Flying Spur and it got financed with 15% down payment by Bank of America in two hours. I am very disappointed that with the customer care service and unethical business practices by your company. You cannot insult or humiliate like this a client who desires to buy a quarter million dollar car from you. Just for instance yesterday I got a call from your office and when I called back I was told Paulo will call back and then he texted me that he will call in few minutes which never happened. I wish I could talk to someone in your Management about this. Very Lousy experience !!!!! More
For the last 10 years i owned bmw and took my car for everything to Braman miami since i live across the street. Thomas Rutilgliano worst customer service ! Didnt care about customers loyalty! We pay premium rates for a peace of mind. Changed breaks in may and they installed the front tires in the back and back tires in the front! 2 weeks took the car to fix bumper at braman collision center until joey told me the tires are wrong and swaped the tires without aligining and balance but now the car is shaking and going sideways. Thomas admitted that the tires were installed wrongfully but he wants to charge me for alignement and balance for a mistake made by your technician. Bottom line i pay top dollar for piece mind and sure enough the job was not correctly ! More

After I signed the papers said they only had one key? Haven't had it a week and already the handle is broken - get transferred around when I try calling. Have left mulitple messages and no one responds. I am so disappointed. This is the second BMW I bought from them - bought last year and since then everything has gone downhill. Don't let the responses fool you - they don't care. More

We had to go back to the dealer a couple of times before we could take the car home and Danny always made himself available to help in any way. He can go above and beyond to help his costumers. He truly makes the difference. Danny definitely is a 5 stars Sales Advisor. We cannot forget Armando Betances, the sales manager, who was very understanding and supported us with every request we made. Thank you Danny! More
Attempted to order wheel arch extensions, a part from the team at BramanMiniParts (aka Revolution parts) and they tried to fill the order, with full shipping cost, without the extensions.
