Great Service, So-So Technology The service department was absolutely great, just what I have come to expect from Bozard service. However, Sync continues to disappoint. The Sync in my 2017 Escape will not comsistently recognize my iPad as the media player. It is hit or miss. I was told that Symc does not play nicely with Apple products. Unfortunately, it seems to have gotten worse for 2017. The problems that I now have with my 2016 Escape were NEVER experienced with my 2015 Fusion. The technology is getting worse rather than better. Basically, I am very happy with Bozard but very unhappy with Ford. This vehicle will be traded in 6 months. I am strongly considering a Chevy as replacement. More

After he explained that I had a 100.00 deductible to check out the rear window defrost I decided it wasn't worth the trouble. The truck only has 32K miles on it. I told Alex not to address the rear window issue and complete the Works Check-up. I leave the facility and come back at 11:30a.m.. I spoke with Alex and he said they just pulled it in for servicing. I received my invoice at 1:10 pm. If I have an appointment at 9:45 I expect my vehicle to be pulled in the shop shortly after. My time is very valuable to me and I am extremely upset with the lack of urgency your team place on a normal oil change. However, I will say this, I have always taken this vehicle that I bought from you to your quicklane service and I have also received CAi from your shop. I didn't have any issue then. Also, The battery tested fine on my report. The time prior to this visit a service advisor recommended a new 202.00 battery. The explanation for the difference was it was a different battery tester. I almost bought a battery because it was recommended, but this visit said it was fine. Shame on your people for trying to get 200.00 from me when I didn't need a new battery. More
