Henry Rowe took the time to help me with my SYNC update I I have had two bad problems at the Dealership that I have been using ,Auto Nation on Phillips made two mistakes in the last 3 months.(they did not pu I have had two bad problems at the Dealership that I have been using ,Auto Nation on Phillips made two mistakes in the last 3 months.(they did not put 2 lugs nuts on one of my rims and after a complete brake job my pedal hit the floor when I put in park.luckly at the dealership- they forgot to bled the brakes.) Professional Service I visited this Dealership to schedule a diagnostic. The car failed just as I was parked in the lot across from Bozard. Nathan had people push the vehicle to Quick Lane Service Center. Angela got me transportation until the vehicle was repaired. When the car was repaired, as I was to drive away another problem developed and was resolved, in a timely manner by Jason, as I waited. I was completely satisfied with the work done (AC compressor and components replaced). Very accomadating I Live an hour away in port orange so getting to Bozard is a bit of a drive but well worth it as I feel like a customer when I am at Bozard. My local Lincoln dealer Gary Yeomanns is very standoffish and judgemental. When you look at a car but just got off work and are in your dirty workclose, it doesn't mean I cant afford a Lincoln. That's stereo typing and it isn't right. The only issue I had was that after having my car for a week (brought Monday night and Picked up Friday night) to get parts in and do all the repairs I left the lot and still could not get my touch screen to work. I suggest that after parts are added to a touch screen device that the technician do a screen calibration to make sure buttons line up on screen, not fall off screen. I discovered the sequence online and did it myself and now everything works perfect. Other than that everyone at Bozard is great. Thank you George Alexiou More
very bad service manager was nice and helpful but the work they did on my truck was the worst I have ever had done. I left the dealer stop to get gas and open the hood to look at engine they work that was done. checked the oil they said changed it was 8 qts to much in my engine and filter was not changed but loose and driping oil on the ground. no water in reservoir bolts fell out of valve cover found new spark plug tube gasket under hood spark plug tube is leaking oil out of tube. had valve job done their. I will never take anything back to that dealer ship and they lied to me like all dealerships do. More
