Very satisfying experience, half the time then purchasing from other dealers and no stress vs other sales people. I live an hour and a half away but after going for service to three other dealerships I keep coming back to this one. Fast service (as far as dealers go, no 30 minutes but reasonable) Friendly staff, clean comfortable waiting room, located in an outlet mall with plenty of places to go shop/eat while you wait, if you'd like. Oil change, tire pressure/rotation, complimentary carwash and you are on the way. More

Amazing Service! We own a new motor home that is built on a Ford E450 chassis. On Saturday of Memorial Day weekend we were traveling to St Augustine for the holiday w We own a new motor home that is built on a Ford E450 chassis. On Saturday of Memorial Day weekend we were traveling to St Augustine for the holiday weekend when we experienced a significant knocking noise coming from the chassis area. Since it is a Ford chassis we pulled in to Bozards Service area to see if we could get assistance. Assistant Service Manager Colby Clarke promptly came out and we described the noise to him. He then had Don Gress, from Service, take our RV out on the road to hear for himself. After the road test and a look underneath, Don determined it was not a Ford issue, but a heat shield had come loose under the vehicle. This would not pose a safety issue for us and we could continue on our trip. This was Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend and we had told Colby we were from out of town and, therefore, would never be around to buy or receive service from their dealership. Not to mention they were very busy that day. Nevertheless we were treated like their most valuable customer. I strongly recommend Bozard Ford for your purchase or service. They exceeded any and all expectations we had and, if they do that for someone passing through think what they would do for a customer of their own. More
