Third Trip for Warentee Work Purchased new Lincoln MKX and traded in my older MKZ. But too many of the miles on the new car are back and forth to the dealer to fix things like ann Purchased new Lincoln MKX and traded in my older MKZ. But too many of the miles on the new car are back and forth to the dealer to fix things like annoying rattles. The quality of the past two Lincolns I've owned is not apparent in this new MKX. No problems with 2008 MKX for 90,000 miles and three trips to the dealer for the new one in 3000 miles. :( The new car was purchased with all the options including up graded seats but the desired ,"Air Conditioned Seats" on the new car listed on the installed items does not include the complete seat. Only the bottom bench is cooled unlike the prior two Lincolns I had where the back and seat bottom both were cooled. Disappointing! More

She was very helpful in explaining what work needed to be done, how long it was going to take and secured a car for me to use while my car was being worked on. she kept in touch by phone letting me know what was going on and when all was done, called to let me know my car was ready. Upon entering the Service Department, I was handed a bottled water, escorted to Marcia's desk and asked if I needed anything else while waiting for Marcia. I couldn't have asked for any better treatment from Marcia and the service staff. More

The facilitates are excellent and all people I dealt with are very professional. Angela displayed a can do attitude and treated me like royalty, provided excellent advice which saved me money. Service Department at Bozard is A+++ Our 2014 Ford Edge was almost out of factory warranty and we brought it to the dealership to get some issues repaired. The cardboard backing in our headliner was warped, which was causing it to sag a bit by the windshield. Also, a part of the gasket around our sunroof was coming loose every time we opened it. Minor things, but we wanted to get them repaired under warranty. Marcia Nelson had her techs take a look at these items and it was determined that a replacement versus repair was the best course of action to permanently resolve the problems. Marcia took great care of us and kept us updated throughout the process. Our vehicle was actually ready to go sooner than the estimate that we were given. First class experience with Marcia and the entire service department at Bozard! More
Appointments I had an appointment and it took them over 2 hours to get my car back for repairs. I must say that I was not happy about the service, and someone forg I had an appointment and it took them over 2 hours to get my car back for repairs. I must say that I was not happy about the service, and someone forgot to make sure that the tv were on. Oh well I hope that doesn't happen again. Also for the service I got the price didn't match up what I was told. The service lady that I talked to about the work that needed to be done game me one price and I was charged $100.00 more than what she said that it would cost. More

Another Outstanding Experience Took my MKZ in per a recall notice. Bozard was extremely accommodating to my needs while my car was being serviced. Date Night Demo Drive I took my MKZ to Board for service and was treated professionally and with all of the courtesy I could expect as always. While with Ken, my Service A I took my MKZ to Board for service and was treated professionally and with all of the courtesy I could expect as always. While with Ken, my Service Advisor I mentioned that it may be time to start looking for a new vehicle. He immediately introduced me to Tanya Tomenek, the Lincoln Concierge Manager and she explained the Date Night Program and arranged for me to drive a new MKZ. My wife and I by the way had a wonderful dinner at Michael's Tasting Room. I live much closer to 2 other Ford Dealers and will always drive by them to visit Bizard for all of my service needs. Thanks to Ken & Tanya for a great experience! More
