Bozard Ford hands down the worst service center I can expect when taking my 2014 Ford F150 or any other vehicle to be serviced at Bozard Ford something will go wrong. To this date, I have experience I can expect when taking my 2014 Ford F150 or any other vehicle to be serviced at Bozard Ford something will go wrong. To this date, I have experienced such unreliable service I have to question the standards of the mechanics and the reliability of this Ford product. I have attempted to call Bo Bozard to let him know of the quality of work that his dealership provides and I have not heard anything despite leaving a message. In fact, this is the second survey that I have filled out. I have to wonder, what happened to the other. My truck has been damaged by Bozard Ford service dept., miss diagnosed, improperly fixed, and I have even found a part from another job left in my vehicle. The quality of repair and the reliability of this truck are most certainly in question. To this date I have had, three 4wd actuators replaced, bearing replaced, I'm on my third rear electric window, my transfer case has been replaced, after some of this work my truck sounded like the bed of the truck was falling off, my a/c evaporator was replaced due to a leak. Sadly, you can probably count the number of times I've put this truck in 4wd on one hand. It has not been abused in any stretch of the imagination except by the service members at Bozard Ford. Is this an isolated occurrence? My daughter's car, a 2013 Ford Escape was taken in for an transmission leak. They determined it was a bad seal. After paying over $500 dollars to fix the leak, my daughter drove the car home only to discover a loud noise coming from under the hood and the car still leaking fluid. The next day the car was taken in only to discover that the seal was improperly placed. So, no matter the vehicle and regardless the repair being made. I can expect something to go wrong every time my vehicle is serviced at Bozard Ford. The last repair on my truck resulted in my vehicle being taken to the body shop, bondoed and painted from multiple dents left on the cab. Disappointment doesn't begin to describe the soundness of these Ford products and more importantly the service providers for my vehicles. I feel compelled to report this to the Ford Motor Co as well as the BBB. I feel everyone should know the substandard work that is being done at this dealership. Hands down, Bozard has got to be the worst Ford service facility. More

Lack of Communication We recently went to Bozard due to a few friends telling us how wonderful their service center was . My wife made an appointment for 8:30am and we planning on waiting on the repair , but due to her job things change so we dropped it off and she went to work, later that afternoon no word from dealer so my wife called and service person told her they don't know what problem was due to they wasn't able to get to it yet ! After 7 hours you would think someone would have called to explain this and then they said it would be tomorrow before they could look at it. How does this happen? What is a appointment for ? Needless to say it was that next afternoon before we got an answer and of course somehow separate issue came up with the SUV, something we have never had but all of sudden the issues staring adding up $$$$. We were very displeased with our experience to say the least More

From my initial contact to me dropping off my car was seamless. The representative scheduled a drop off time for me and gave me an approximate date to repair. I showed up the next morning and met with Marcia Nelson. She was absolutely amazing. Marcia was quick to help me and explained to me everything involving my warranty claim as well as set me up with a rental. She was smiling the whole time and was genuine overall in wanting to assist me. I received a call on Wednesday that my car would most likely be ready by end of day Thursday, which happened to be well ahead of when they told me they would even be able to get it in the shop. I was blown away. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and will continue to come back in the future because of their excellent customer service. More

I've had 2 vehicles go into be serviced but come out damaged. Bozard made it right but a new car should not leave a service department damaged. Additionally, a non-warranted repair was not completed correctly and will need to go back...it's time out of my schedule and money from my pocket. My car buying experiences have been great and Alex is awesome but apparently their service techs are rushing and not respecting the vehicles. In fact, the tech did not disclose to Alex that he damaged my car, so now it's off to a body shop. I am very unhappy with the quality and care from their actual service department. More

While talking to him about my car, a technician came up and interrupted us. After some words exchanged, the employee helping me took the paperwork the two of them were discussing and threw it over his shoulder in disgust with the technician, and told him he would deal with him later. Another employee later apologized for the exchange. But the interruption and exchange was very unprofessional, especially in front of a customer. I received a call from Bozard a little after 1 p.m. that day to let me know that my car had not yet even been looked at, and when I returned the call a couple of hours later, my car had only been moved to the garage for the night. Not sure what having an 8:15 a.m. appointment did for me... More

Bozard Lincoln Date Night Wow! My husband and I had the most wonderful Lincoln experience. We had heard about the Bozard Lincoln date night and had called Tanya to see if it Wow! My husband and I had the most wonderful Lincoln experience. We had heard about the Bozard Lincoln date night and had called Tanya to see if it was available. We set up a date and our concierge, Jerilyn was amazing! She had everything ready for us including reservations at a wonderful Saint Augustine restaurant and a beautiful car waiting. The Navigator was exquisite and we enjoyed driving it on the highways, the neighborhood and on errands. I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with it's parking ease and driving tools. When returning the car the next day, several people in the dealership asked how our night was. We were treated to yummy coffee, popcorn and drinks and my car was washed and vacuumed -- ready to go. This was simply one of the most generous and fun ventures we have ever done -- especially when car shopping and testing can be an unpleasant and time consuming effort.
