Excellent Customer Service I am from Georgia and was transiting through the St. Augustine area. On a Saturday morning, I needed to get my vehicle towed due to what I thought wa I am from Georgia and was transiting through the St. Augustine area. On a Saturday morning, I needed to get my vehicle towed due to what I thought was a alternator issue. I called Ford, Nathan Dippy specifically, and I explained that I was in transit and was having my vehicle towed to the dealer. I explained to Nathan that I was leaving town on Sunday and really hoped I didn't have to stay through Monday. Nathan worked with me to get my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. He had my vehicle ready the same day, and upon pick up, he had the vehicle washed and vacuumed!! Nathan provided excellent customer service, and I thank him and the service team for their outstanding work! Thank you so much! Awesome dealership! More

Normal maintenance ends in a pleasant surprise! I took our Lincoln MKX in for routine servicing and selected "The Works" package. The service was performed quickly and to my delight and surprise we I took our Lincoln MKX in for routine servicing and selected "The Works" package. The service was performed quickly and to my delight and surprise we were "comped" on the service. Apparently it was our 5th service and when you have four services done, you receive the fifth free - awesome! I was also told I had a credit balance in my member advantage program which will easily cover one or two more services going forward. Date Night The date night experience was nice. I didn't like that I couldn't pick the restaurant that I wanted. The restaurant we went to was nice but the menu w The date night experience was nice. I didn't like that I couldn't pick the restaurant that I wanted. The restaurant we went to was nice but the menu was very limited. Last year they gave out a visa gift card. I think they should ask what restaurant you would prefer and give you a gift card to that place. The car was a little uncomfortable for the driver. The employees were very nice. I would like to experience date night again with my choice of restaurant. More

Customer service. I’m not from the St. Augustine area, I just stopped in for an oil change. Everyone was super nice and got me in and out in an hour. Having someone call and make sure you were happy with your whole experience... pretty cool. I talked to Regis, she was extremely pleasant and professional. She made it feel like I actually knew her and we were friends. BUT as Regis was talking to me, there was so much background noise. I’m not sure where she was calling me from...either the middle of the show room or an office with at least three other LOUD conversations going on. None the less, service was awesome. People were awesome. More
