Someone dropped the ball I called to make an appointment for as dealer recall , tire rotation and an oil change. I was told that the process would probably take about half a d I called to make an appointment for as dealer recall , tire rotation and an oil change. I was told that the process would probably take about half a day. I scheduled the work to be done by the night shift which was convenient. Returning the next morning I found that someone had dropped the ball, the work was not completed. I was advised that they would get someone right on it and that it wouldn't take too long. (what about the half day) The work was completed in less then an hour and I was ready to go. Before leaving I was resetting the info center on the dash and it read that my tires had 25 lbs. pressure so I returned and they filled them up. I kinda wonder if all the work was completed properly. This is the first time I've ever had an issue, typically I give them a 5 rating. Sorry. More

Done right I had some work done at a local shop and had to take it back several times and it still was not right. I went to Bozart Ford and explained to them tha I had some work done at a local shop and had to take it back several times and it still was not right. I went to Bozart Ford and explained to them that I just wanted it done right. I went for a ride with the mechanic and had the chance to tell him exactly what the problem was. When I picked it up, looked at it and drove it I could tell right away that it was done right. Thanks to the truck service department for getting it done right the first time. oil change I brought my BMW in for oil change. The techs did not have right tool to remove oil filter so could not replace it, but they did do oil change . They I brought my BMW in for oil change. The techs did not have right tool to remove oil filter so could not replace it, but they did do oil change . They told me what they planned to do in advance with the understanding I would bring my car back in when I got off work today to do new filter. I went in at 4 pm. and they immediately put oil filter on. ( apparently another tech did have right tool) It really was not much of an inconvenience since it was on my way home from work. More
