Superior Service Department Representative!!! I had to drop off my Ford F150 for two safety recall repairs and an oil change/tire rotation. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Marcia Nels I had to drop off my Ford F150 for two safety recall repairs and an oil change/tire rotation. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Marcia Nelson in the Service Department. Ms. Nelson was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make our visit as pleasant and expeditious as possible. My wife followed me there to drop off my truck and I mentioned to Ms. Nelson that we also had a problem with the carpet in her Ford Edge, specifically an approximately 4 inch tear close to the drivers seat. As soon as Ms. Nelson checked in my truck, she immediately looked at the carpet, took photo's, and was able to order a replacement since the vehicle is still within the 3 year/30,000 mile warranty period. Ms. Nelson's customer service skills far surpass that of any service representative I have ever worked with. She possesses a fantastic attitude, great personality, and goes out of her way to far surpass service expectations of the customer. - Roger Carman More

Finally got truck fixed Have 2017 Ford F-150 XLT that has a problem with hard shifts and clunked a lot since I got it new. Also recently developed a grinding noise. After visiting several dealers near where I live and getting no resolution I decided to drive the hundred miles and take it back to Bozard where I purchased the vehicle. Although all are very busy Jena, Alex, and technician Mick took the time to listen to my concerns and ensured truck was fixed right, Mick listened to my video audio and within seconds knew what the Fix was and in 30 minutes I now have a truck for the first time clunk and grind free and a pleasure to drive. I was so impressed I went and ordered a new 2019. Would highly recommend the whole Bozard team. Thanks More

Someone dropped the ball I called to make an appointment for as dealer recall , tire rotation and an oil change. I was told that the process would probably take about half a d I called to make an appointment for as dealer recall , tire rotation and an oil change. I was told that the process would probably take about half a day. I scheduled the work to be done by the night shift which was convenient. Returning the next morning I found that someone had dropped the ball, the work was not completed. I was advised that they would get someone right on it and that it wouldn't take too long. (what about the half day) The work was completed in less then an hour and I was ready to go. Before leaving I was resetting the info center on the dash and it read that my tires had 25 lbs. pressure so I returned and they filled them up. I kinda wonder if all the work was completed properly. This is the first time I've ever had an issue, typically I give them a 5 rating. Sorry. More
