Super Outstanding customer service with everyone I talked with. Everyone went out of there way to make sure I was updated on my truck and provide me with a Outstanding customer service with everyone I talked with. Each time I have had my F-250 Lariat serviced here, it has been quick and easy—no appointment necessary. And the Service Reps are competent and professional. Stewart was great, and saved me problems going forward by authorizing a new oil pan plug. Thx! When I went back in with some address amendment requests, I was again professionally served by a recently married lady whose name I don’t remember. Sorry! But she quickly updated my contact info, and did so with a great sense of humor!! I left with a smile on my face! Thanks again, Bozard! :). More

saved the day & my faith in ford have a 2016 flex & the ac went out on my way to stuart florida. when i purchased my flex, i also purchased a full service package & factory extended 1 have a 2016 flex & the ac went out on my way to stuart florida. when i purchased my flex, i also purchased a full service package & factory extended 100k mile warranty. so when i took it to the local ford [advantage ford] dealership in stuart to have it looked at/repaired, i didn’t expect pay for any of the service. unfortunately, that particular dealership didn’t recognize my service plan & informed me that repairs would be over $800. the parts weren’t covered by my warranty, as the damage was caused by “normal wear & tear”. i told them i would wait to have the repairs done when i returned to st. augustine. advantage ford proceeded to charge me $150 for diagnostics & misc. parts for my visit. my experience at bozard ford was the complete opposite. when i brought my car in, they assured me all repairs would be covered by my warranty as would be my rental car for the time it took to make them. that’s exactly what happened. the team at bozard is awesome. it’s why i bought my car there & why i will always return for service & repairs!
