Lazy, Indifferent or Incompetent Had two maintenance oil changes and tire rotation from when I bought my vehicle. Both times I brought it in for service the technician left the plast Had two maintenance oil changes and tire rotation from when I bought my vehicle. Both times I brought it in for service the technician left the plastic engine cowl/cover just laying on top of the motor and I had to reattach it. The first time I didn't discover it until several days later when I popped the hood. The second time I stopped for gas 1 mile down the road and checked to make sure and they did the same thing. it took me 5 seconds to snap it on but Bozard technicians could care less. I will not bring any other vehicles to this shop. I like the inside staff but the techs are either lazy, don't care, or incompetent. Who knows what other corners they cut. More

Service 1st. I tried to get an appointment for a flat tire and a couple other problems. I waited three weeks, then decided to call the general manager; becaus 1st. I tried to get an appointment for a flat tire and a couple other problems. I waited three weeks, then decided to call the general manager; because it was taking so long. When the car was finally picked up I was told it needed a new tire. However they did not have one in stock. I was told it would take five more days to get one. Five days came and went and still not tire. It wasn't until I called and said I was leaving for vacation, that they said the car would be ready the next day. This was to much drama for me. I have had a problem like this before. It does not say much of the dealership!!!! More

2008 F150 Brakes I brought my 2008 F150 in on Saturday 4/28 because I thought I heard the front brakes grinding. I was sure that I would need new pads on the front at I brought my 2008 F150 in on Saturday 4/28 because I thought I heard the front brakes grinding. I was sure that I would need new pads on the front at a minimum. To my surprise, Piper called me back and told me that the brakes were fine and had plenty of life left. She also looked at my ABS light and gave me a quote on the amount it would be to fix. It's a relief to go to a dealership to get your vehicle worked on and not feel liked your getting jerked around or ripped off. Bozard Ford is not to closest dealership to my house in Jacksonville, but coincidentally, my truck has been there for service twice this year (Alex helped me the first time).. Both times have been great experiences. This is the dealership I will go to first when I'm ready to buy another vehicle...you've earned my business. More
