Recalls, sunroof, and synch Got sunroof rails replace. Sync was not working and the dealer told me the part would be in in 2-3 days. Two weeks has passed and no one contacted me. I called the dealer to follow up and the answer was :”part did not show up. I will call you this afternoon to let you know”. Nobody called to let me know. Very poor customer service. 3 recalls were done including the door latch. Now the passenger door do not open from the inside. I was waiting for the part of the sync to come (2-3 days) to fix both at the same time. Now it has being two weeks and I have to deal with inconvenience. Very disappointed. More

Great service experience with Bozard Ford. I arrived early for my appointment but they took my vehicle in anyway. I'm impressed with their use of technology (text experience with Bozard Ford. I arrived early for my appointment but they took my vehicle in anyway. I'm impressed with their use of technology (text and net) to keep me informed about my vehicle's status while being serviced. My vehicle runs like new now, but to be fair, it actually is still new (@ 8,000 miles on it). If this is the kind of service one can always expect, then I'll return in the future. More
