Low Tire Pressure While driving, the low pressure light appeared on my dashboard. Immediately went to Bozard and pulled over near the bay where the air hose is located While driving, the low pressure light appeared on my dashboard. Immediately went to Bozard and pulled over near the bay where the air hose is located. Went inside and Angela came out and asked Zac to check tires; a nail was found in one of my tires. They immediately brought the car in and fixed the tire. Did I mention it was pouring out! Anyway, as what has become the norm for the Bozard service team, the tire was fixed and we were on our way in less than an hour. Couldn't get that service anywhere else. More

Walking in the door, I was immediately greeted by Kevin Bressler who took charge of verifying the problem and almost immediately had the F-150 in the service area repairing the tire (picked up a nail or spike). Kevin was very professional with an engaging personality. The wait was minimal and the experience was another example why people should buy from Bozard! More

I can’t sing their praises enough. BUT, know this . . .I travel 35 minutes to use Bozard Ford when their is a Ford dealership less than 10 minutes from me. It is worth traveling to Bozard for what is consistently a positive experience (as opposed to stress and aggravation with the other place). I highly recommend Bozard. More
