Walking in the door, I was immediately greeted by Kevin Bressler who took charge of verifying the problem and almost immediately had the F-150 in the service area repairing the tire (picked up a nail or spike). I can’t sing their praises enough. BUT, know this . . .I travel 35 minutes to use Bozard Ford when their is a Ford dealership less than 10 minutes from me. It is worth traveling to Bozard for what is consistently a positive experience (as opposed to stress and aggravation with the other place). I highly recommend Bozard. More
