I always wanted to use full synthetic oil and we agreed that I w When I purchased my 2011 f250 I negotiated a reduced price for oil on my oil changes. I always wanted to use full synthetic oil and we agreed that I would pay the surrender between regular oil an d synthetic oil which was around $2.00 / quart. That had been the case since I then except today They applied a some customer rewards to me that dropped my price down to $79.00 Recently I have been paying around $80.00 afor full service oil change and tire rotation. I use any customer rewards for air filters and wiper blades I am tired of having to argue with staff about this pricing arraignments this is the second time I have had to complain about this and it solved it for a while Today they told me this special pricing stopped with my maintenance plan expired I disagree Please resolve this I know longer feel comfortable bring my truck for service Thank you Mark Thompson More

When I went to the dealership the sales agents are playing ping-pong and the service agents are playing grab xxx instead of doing their jobs. stay away from this dealership. Superior Service Department Representative!!! I had to drop off my Ford F150 for two safety recall repairs and an oil change/tire rotation. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Marcia Nels I had to drop off my Ford F150 for two safety recall repairs and an oil change/tire rotation. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Marcia Nelson in the Service Department. Ms. Nelson was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make our visit as pleasant and expeditious as possible. My wife followed me there to drop off my truck and I mentioned to Ms. Nelson that we also had a problem with the carpet in her Ford Edge, specifically an approximately 4 inch tear close to the drivers seat. As soon as Ms. Nelson checked in my truck, she immediately looked at the carpet, took photo's, and was able to order a replacement since the vehicle is still within the 3 year/30,000 mile warranty period. Ms. Nelson's customer service skills far surpass that of any service representative I have ever worked with. She possesses a fantastic attitude, great personality, and goes out of her way to far surpass service expectations of the customer. - Roger Carman More
