Worth the drive I have been a Bozard customer for almost 2 years despite the fact that I live in another town nearly an hour's drive away. The service staff has alwa I have been a Bozard customer for almost 2 years despite the fact that I live in another town nearly an hour's drive away. The service staff has always been professional, have never made me feel less than valued as a customer, and my service reps have NEVER ONCE talked down to me or made me feel stupid about car or repair terminology or concepts, nor have they tried to up-sell me for unnecessary or costly items. Definitely worth my time to drive so far! Yay, Bozard! More

2018 Explorer Buying experience was great and David is awesome to work with, and made it easy. Purchased a new 2018 limited that was a bit "vanilla". The running boards, hood badge, and custom strips completely changed the look and the suv is beautiful! Only negative was the 20 day wait for parts and having to call for updates. Our next ford purchase with be with David at this dealership!! More

First off I did not buy from here but will in the futur I am 61 years young and have many experience with car dealership repair service departments. First off I did not buy from here but will in the future shortly. They treated me like Part of there family. I am so excited to find a dealership of this caliber..Marcia my service advisor made it happen.I needed a ride back to Jacksonville but they only went to racetrack road....I said that is fine...She said no you will have a vehicle from enterprise to drive.
