Tire leak I had purchased new tires a couple months ago, and recently have had to put air in 1 of my tires. I decided to take it in to service to get looked at I had purchased new tires a couple months ago, and recently have had to put air in 1 of my tires. I decided to take it in to service to get looked at once my tire pressure light came on again. Kevin immediately greeted me and took my car in, no questions asked. When they were able to look at it, I ended up having a small leak where they patched it up for me and sent me on my way. Always top notch service at Bozard. Thanks again!! More

Great Tire Experience I went to get a repair on a semi-flat tire on Friday. It was not repairable . They switched my tire onto the spare free of charge and ordered me a new tire ( I actually ordered two).. They had my tires in on Monday and changed within an hour after I arrived. The total price installed was under $300 for two 65,000 mile tires. I was very pleased with the price and service. More

John at Bozard got us a matching Michelin the first thing next morning, verified our Ford tire warranty coverage, and we were on our way in less than an hour at no cost! He was very responsive and empathetic to our situation. Everyone at the dealership was nice and hospitable. We highly recommend this dealership! More

Not done right and no follow up Service advisor was pleasant and easy to talk to. She had a great personality. These are he reasons I am extremely disappointed. 1. The dealership did provide a rental to get me through the holiday weekend. 2. The right part did finally come in on Tuesday morning and the car was “fixed” as promised by noon. 3. After picking up the car, my Son noticed there was problems on the way the dashboard was put back together. I called my advisor andcarnt pictures of the issue. On Tuesday. It is Saturday and I have gotten zero follow up. 4. The phone system was terrible. It took 4 attempts to reach my advisor. Cut off twice.. sent to the IP department and was transferred then to the wrong advisor. When I called back for the forth time, the operator recognized my voice and said she would walk back to the service department to have the advisor call me. Not good... 5. Very disappointed no follow up especially when I called back that same day with the unacceptable issue. More
