Quick I requested The Works. I made an appointment. My car was taken to service at the exact time of my appointment. It only took 36 minutes! I do not under I requested The Works. I do not understand how they changed the oil, rotated my tires did the other check points and found time to wash and vacuum the car. I like fast work but did they do the complete job? Unsure of quality on this visit. More

Repairs Needed While On Vacation We were on vacation when an animal got inside the motor area and caused major damage to the radiator fan. We had to have the repairs made and needed to get our vehicle back quickly. Ms. Allison was a great help to us. She ordered parts quickly and got our car back within 48 hours. We know she had to have placed us at the top of her repair list due to our circumstances. For this we are so grateful! My whole family drives Ford products. Marcia wasted no time in making sure that i had a courtesy truck during this duration. Marcia Nelson is a remarkable service writer! She takes the time to listen to the Bozard Ford customers needs and concerns. Customer Service Isn't Dead! The AC in my 2015 Mustang GT went out a few days ago, so I called to make a service appointment. They are slammed, so my appointment was set for 6/11. The AC in my 2015 Mustang GT went out a few days ago, so I called to make a service appointment. They are slammed, so my appointment was set for 6/11. That's ok, I know they are busy, but I started looking at my factory warranty and found it expired on 6/6. I called them back to explain the situation, and they told me just to bring it in so they could get it started before it expired. They told me up front that they "might" not be able to completed it until 6/11 as originally scheduled. My issue was the evaporator core, which from experience I know is a pretty big job. I was expecting to be without the car for about a week, so I dropped the car off on 6/5. Jeff was my service rep, and told me exactly what I was told when I called back about my factory warranty expiring, so what happened next blew me away. Around 5:45pm on 6/6, the day after I dropped my car off and 5 days BEFORE my scheduled appointment, I got a phone call from Jeff saying my car was all done and ready to be picked up. I was floored! I didn't believe what he said. I even asked if it was actually the evap core because they got it done SO FAST! To my surprise, it was the evap core but they managed to squeeze it in and get it fixed for me. I'm so happy about the customer service and quality of work. I realize that this isn't something they can do for everyone, but just knowing that they went above and beyond for me, makes me a customer for life. I also made several comments about it being ok if they "accidentally" gave me the wrong keys, and somehow these "wrong" keys went to this stunning Roush sitting out front. Also made jokes about if they happened to have an extra Roush supercharger sitting around, I wouldn't be upset if it ended up under my hood. Some people might not appreciate the humor, but Jeff was right there joking with me. Made me feel very comfortable. Thanks Bozard Ford, and thank you Jeff! One day I'll have that Roush! More

He always welcomes me by name which is a hard thing to do when you meet as many people a day as he does and he always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm squared away quickly and correctly. Rick Garcia is also just amazing with me and my family. If he see's me he always tracks me down to check on how my vehicles and all of my families vehicles are doing and just genuinely cares about the customers happiness, what an awesome asset to your company. When it comes to Christian Clark, I think they sewed a permit smile on this mans face. What a great human being, I dont think I have ever seen this mans face when he wasn't smiling like the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland.
