Explorer Needs We could not be more pleased with the treatment received by Bozard Ford. We had a trim situation covered under warranty along with two minor recalls. We could not be more pleased with the treatment received by Bozard Ford. We had a trim situation covered under warranty along with two minor recalls. Our Hankook tires had only 13,600 miles and needed replacing due to lack of tread. Bozard contacted the tire manufacturer and they agreed to replace the tires with no hesitation. I would add that I am very careful to check our tire pressure religiously. All these issues were totally taken care of with one night in service. A rental was furnished so we were not inconvenienced. We could not be more satisfied with the impeccable treatment we received. More

Service Oil Change Took our Explorer in with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon @ 2 ish. They text us @ 3:30 it was ready,with tire rotation, vacuum, & wash! ON GOING REWORK AND NO END CALL MY LAST WORDS WERE TO MR. ED ROBERTS TELLING HIM TO TAKE A DAY OR 2 BUT" JUST HAVE SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME. I TOLD ED ABOUT THE BUG SHIELD THAT WAS MY LAST WORDS WERE TO MR. ED ROBERTS TELLING HIM TO TAKE A DAY OR 2 BUT" JUST HAVE SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME. I TOLD ED ABOUT THE BUG SHIELD THAT WAS 4"' OFF CENTER AND REINSTALLED TWICE ALSO THE 1'' 1/2 HOLE IN MY REAR WHEEL WELL FROM THE TRAILER HITCH INSTALLED BY BOZRAH FORD. AFTER OUR TALK I DID ASK ED AGAIN ABOUT SOME OTHER WORK '' WRONG THING' LOL , ED TOLD ME HE WOULD LOOK INTO THIS AND GET BACK TO ME WITH A PRICE, AND WHY ALL THE REWORK, THAT' WAS 2 WEEKS AGO.NOW THE LAST TIME I HAD THE VEHICLE IN FOR RE-SERVICE FOR THE SAME JOB DID WRONG THE FIRST TIME,THAT DAY I SENT A TEXT TO HR.
