Truly amazing customer experience at Bozard Lincoln. I was stuck on the freeway with a tire blowout and by chance Tanya Tomanek from Lincoln Bozard found me as she was on her way to work. She pulled over and introduced herself and within minutes Ed Roberts came out to the roadside to help me out. Thanks to the efforts of Tanya and Ed, I was at the Lincoln dealership in no time. Driven to insp🏓re! So I left one review already... however in the few weeks I’ve had my car the abs light and traction light came on again in my Chrysler 300. I called t So I left one review already... however in the few weeks I’ve had my car the abs light and traction light came on again in my Chrysler 300. I called the dealership. Set up an appointment. When I arrived Zach came over to check on me even though I did not tell him I was coming. Bozard put me in a rental car for the day while my one year old and I awaited for services. Then when I returned to pick my car up Ashley said she would mail me a gas card with my new floor mats for the troubles of traveling an hour to and from the dealership within a couple weeks I visited 3 times. Two times for abs light/traction control. I’m just amazed at the customer service and the fact that I had already bought my car and Zach was still very attentive to the buyer. Thanks again Bozard! P.s. did not even get charged once for their service. This place is about the customers not the money. More
