took my car in for service, running hot, fan not working, they insisted on me moving my car around the isle 2 times, no customer service, could have parked my car anywhere they liked instead of having me mov they insisted on me moving my car around the isle 2 times, no customer service, could have parked my car anywhere they liked instead of having me move it. I guess when a company is too big, they don't care about their customers. $100.00 fee to not work on my car, Big Bull. I tried to use them two different times over the last year, service is definetly worse as the years go by. Not like it used to be. More

Truly amazing customer experience at Bozard Lincoln. I was stuck on the freeway with a tire blowout and by chance Tanya Tomanek from Lincoln Bozard found me as she was on her way to work. She pulled over and introduced herself and within minutes Ed Roberts came out to the roadside to help me out. Thanks to the efforts of Tanya and Ed, I was at the Lincoln dealership in no time.
