The details Overall, I can't complain to a large extent about the service that we did purchase/receive. This weekend we took two cars in for light service. Both had their A/C temperature and vents adjusted as well as the radios. It is an 18 sec drive from the parking spot to the bay. No need to adjust those items nor were they on the "test/maintenance" part of our service. This may be a small thing, but it is "the little things" and personal things.... What else did you adjust unnecessarily? Last year we lost our lock nut in your facility. Another time the tires weren't rotated after paying for the service. If I don't pay attention to the details, my service isn't complete. Considering other options going forward because of the details. Sadly, I like the shopping nearby while I wait to pass the time more than the service... More

sales, service, parts I have dealt with several different departments at Bozard Ford. I am new to the area. I needed a hitch and had to deal with the accessories dept. Bill I have dealt with several different departments at Bozard Ford. I am new to the area. I needed a hitch and had to deal with the accessories dept. Billy and Colby were terrific. My son was looking to buy a new car so we dealt with the sales dept and they were all wonderful. I bought my truck in for service, routine and the entire service dept were terrific and friendly, especially Allison. So far on my encounters with three diff departments and numerous phone calls to the accessory departments its been a very wonderful experience and I would drive from my new location in Palm Coast to Bozard Ford for all my Ford needs.
