Best Maintenance Ever Bozard Ford gets it right! I found this gem of a dealership by chance, because they were the only dealership in Florida that had a 4 x 4 Explorer in Bozard Ford gets it right! I found this gem of a dealership by chance, because they were the only dealership in Florida that had a 4 x 4 Explorer in December 2017 when suddenly my life required me to have a 4 x 4 again. I am a Ford owner for life. My Father was a Ford Quality Control inspector in Indianapolis, Indiana, which I think is a nice way of saying he worked in the factory for a long time. He was there 36 years prior to retiring. I have owned a Pinto, an Escort, a Bronco, an Explorer, an Explorer Sport Trac, an Expedition and now an Explorer again. No dealership has ever taken the level of care and detail I have experienced at Bozard Ford. My wife's Expedition was purchased at Autonation in Jax, but since I have experienced Bozard"s service I am taking her Expedition to Bozard for service also. Did I mention I have a prepaid maintenance plant at Autonation for the Expedition and I live in Ponte Vedra...it doesn't matter. It is not about the money or the drive it is about the confiidence in knowing your vehicle is being well maintained by people who care and treat you with respect. Last Saturday while I was there, I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, they made cookies for my kids and I was still out of the dealership in less than an hour.
