Doing the right thing.. Everyone at Bozard seems to go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. I recently purchased a used 2016 F-150 that had a few issues Everyone at Bozard seems to go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. I recently purchased a used 2016 F-150 that had a few issues with water leaking inside the cab. The truck was still under original warranty. A quick call to Jim Duran resulted in a quick call back response from Jeff Sparks in service. I explained to Jeff that during recent heavy rains I was hearing water slosh in the driver's side of the vehicle. It could be heard when stopping and it sounded like it was in the door or the lower part of the frame. The water was also coming inside the cab wetting the carpet. Jeff quickly got me scheduled in for the leak specialist to take a look at it. He discovered that the vapor barrier in the doors had come loose and it needed to be secured. Jeff indicated that since the carpet and pad was so wet he ordered a replacement carpet for the vehicle and it would be in the following week. I took the vehicle home and during that time we had some hard rain. I discovered that I was still hearing the water in the driver's side of the vehicle. I had also received a call from Jeff that the carpet was in and he wanted to get me back in to replace it. I told Jeff I was still hearing the water entrapped in the frame and suggested that we get the leak specialist to look at it again before replacing the carpet. Jeff agreed and scheduled me for service with the leak specialist and subsequent carpet installation if leak is repaired. Jeff advised me he would need the vehicle for a couple of days and said he would arrange for a rental vehicle. When I brought the vehicle in I asked Jeff if he would arrange for me to talk to the leak specialist so I could discuss what I was hearing and where I thought the water was being trapped. Jeff arranged that for me and as a result they were able to find the source of the leak. It was about 2-3 hours after I had returned home that Jeff called to let me know they were able to find the leak and repair it. The third brake light fixture was not properly sealed and was allowing water to run into and collect inside the frame. Jeff advised that he would have the new carpet installed and truck would be ready as promised. Even though it took a couple of visits to fine the source of the leaks, Jeff always seemed to be one step ahead of me. I did not have to ask for something to be done with the carpet....I did not have to make arrangements for a ride home to Mandarin....there was no hesitation when I wanted to talk to the technician doing the leak check. Every step of the way I was kept informed. That is what I call great service and "doing the right thing" without being asked. More

She gives us all the things we tell customers, make a difference...Communication, invoices, to anything unusual that comes up.. she keeps us posted. Also, the addition of your 2nd shift has made a huge difference in the fact that we can keep our trucks working all day, and we can have the services completed at night. Our business.. is slammed right now... taking care of our customers is priority, however having them serviced is essential to the long term value of the trucks. Bozard has made a difference in our Fleet success !! More
Problems with the air conditioning system and the engine. I got there at 0830, and I wait until 1115 but the wait was very pleasant because they offered donuts and coffee to everyone. Brought my truck in, and advised that I would wait since it was an oil change, tire rotation, and recall inspection. Done in a little over an hour, including a ding repair estimate. Prices were competitive. More
