Awesome So I made an appointment for my Ford Focus. I wound up being on that side of town and some appointments cancel. So, I showed up for my oil change 2 1/ So I made an appointment for my Ford Focus. I wound up being on that side of town and some appointments cancel. So, I showed up for my oil change 2 1/2 hours early. I was greeted with a smile and a yes they could take me early. 50 minutes oil changed, tires rotated, car washed and vacuumed. Thank you Bozard! Honest I brought my mom in to get a oil change but more importantly so that she could have her stretch checked on her Honda CRV. She’s been told by another mechanic who she actually had worked with for a while, that she needed new ones. The mechanics at Quicklane Took the time to thoroughly check this out and even take it for a test drive. They concluded that her struts were fine! This honesty is why I do business at Quicklane. I had high expectation and they exceeded them! I went in because I am about to hit 36,000 miles and realized one of my backseat seatbelts was not working. I mentioned my rims were pitted even thou I went in because I am about to hit 36,000 miles and realized one of my backseat seatbelts was not working. I mentioned my rims were pitted even though knowing the salt air is hard on cars and instead of brushing me off, they submitted a claim to see if it would be accepted and it WAS! I would have never expected them to replace my rims but they are now MY FORD dealer in the future bc of their kindness and going over and above! More
