After contacting Rick Garcia at Bozard Ford Lincoln about our problems with trying to change our tire and finding out it had faulty caps and we could not get the tire off, he went into action on our behalf. our problems with trying to change our tire and finding out it had faulty caps and we could not get the tire off, he went into action on our behalf. He checked with the service department and they had Bethany call us very quickly and set up a time for us to come in and have them replaced. When we got there at the appointed time, there was a warranty issue. Our representative, Matt Larson worked steadily on the issue until he got it resolved. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful he was to us. What started out as a very discouraging situation was turned into a great experience because of all the people who worked very hard to make it a good outcome for us. Our Ford Explorer was taking to Bozard for a new transmission the week of 01/18/2021. While the car was there, I worked with Mary Lata and Dawn McStine. Both of these ladies were very professional, know their information and kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. A few days after we picked up the car, the service engine light came on. We contacted Mary and she told us to come by to diagnose the problem. When my wife arrived Mary and the tech was waiting outside and they had the diagnosed the reason for the check engine light within minutes. We live in Orange Park and it is about a 45 minutes drive to Bozard but for any future repairs, I will be bringing my car back to Bozard. In the near future, we will be looking at getting a new vehicle and there is only 1 Ford Dealership that I will go to and that is Bozard. Thank you Mary and Dawn for all your help and service. More
